Yeah, Bill, I like the video format, but you should hire a 20-something to weave a full screen shot of the charts into the video (it's not hard to do).
Noticed a little more grey than in your profile pic! ;-)

The video is a good addition, Bill. Good news is on back order? I hope your predictions come true. Thanks for the heads up on the Fed tightening. You're right; that's inevitable.

Outstanding Bill! I liked the explanations and agree with your logic. Any chance on producing another one dealing with the residential and commercial mortgage outlook?

I like the video Bill. The graphs work for me too.
With increased taxes and fees that will start to hit, do you really think we'll feel like spending?
Check the white balance on you camera to get rid of the yellow tint from incandescent lights.
