Nowadays all the automakers have more or less the same suppliers and they will be more than happy to provide the necessary parts. After all, that's where the real money is, not in the sale of the car.


The warranty issues are only with people who bought cars before the bankruptcy. The post-bankrupt-auto maker could still offer warranties. So if anything, delaying bankruptcy is the only real thing hurting them.
