I don't know about Portland, oregon, Bill, but in Arizona it's hard to find a hotel, resort or hospitality venture that still HAS a sales department. Can't speak for other ventures, but that segment of the market has always been badly managed. And, at his late stage of the game and in as deep as we are economically, the sales departments in the southwest have jettisoned most of that "dead-weight."
